Elevator blanking from huge ailerons?

I'm developing a 3D model and am wondering if the huge ailerons used on the current low w/l models has any adverse blanking effect when used?

It seems that unless they don't extend all the way to the root (like some of the larger models are set up) then the prop airflow at high alpha manuvers will never reach the tail.

Any thoughts on this or personal experience from different models will be a great help.
