Fairchild and Vishay have some transistors that are pretty much equivalent to that, or better, in the same form factors.

Mr.RC-CAM, no friends in far east, none that I know of. Perhaps I could order directly from them, or some rcgroups member living there could get one for me.

Comatose, I am not sure if I want a different transistor, even if it has same properties, because still, it's a bit different. The system I need a transistor for is a cheap 2ch radio from Airtech B-2, works on differential thrust.

It is very unlikey you will be able to buy this CET branded part. I too suggest you look for an equiv substitute. You should not be worried about doing so -- sub'ing parts is a way of life in the electronics industry.
