How do you know if a Lithium battery is good bad or going bad? If it charges ok, is it ok? If you test it with a load meter is it ok? Are there signs when they fail?

SINGLE CELL TEST
Low capacity is a sign when they are going bad, test using AFI Whatmeter , load with 2c ( use light bulb), monitor with DVM, disconnect when down to 3V, check AH on whattmeter.
2 TO 4 CELL
You can also hook up a FMA voltage guard ( 2 cell to 4cell) auto cutoff to test packs.
Good up to 20 amps, if I'm not mistaken.

If they drop more volts than they outta,
Or you find they are fatter and shorta,
If they smell of after shave lotion,
Or explode in a great commotion,
When the juice seems prematurely sucked,
Then you know they are truly...on the way out. :D

Checking capacity as you do with nicads by cycling them to 3V?
