What would you suggest for a first time boat.. Gotta be nitro of
course. There's a r/c boat pond near me that people are always
running there boats. I thought they looked so cool..

I tell a lot of people that the Nitro Hammer is a good first-time nitro boat for a beginner. Surprisingly fast for it's size and price.

In this months's r/c car magazine they have a nitro bud boat that
looks really cool. I've always loved those hydro plane boats and the
price doesn't seem too bad.

Save your money and buy a good boat. That thing is not for first-time boaters and has a ton of problems!
Boat reviews in magazines are for one thing only, to sell advertising space. They won't give a bad review of anything no matter how bad it is.
I might as well throw in another pix while I'm in here, how about a racing shot guys?

My latest project. I just got it last week for something to do during the Winter. A R/C Marine Designs (Phil Thomas) Sport 40. I already have most of the parts including a MAC. 45, a 3 channel radio system and Speedmaster hardware. This shot was as it came out of the box.

Hi, go down to the Mission Bay boat pond on a Sunday and ask any of the guys there if they have any boats for sale. Practically everyone there has extra boats for sale that you may be interested in buying.
