Horizontal Stab Size

Hi All,
I have a Robbe Aero Commander Twin which has an enlarged wing area of 324 square inches. By my calculation the horizontal stab area should be around 81 square inches.
Am I in the ballpark?

25% is a tad large, but can't hurt, on a twin.
