Desperately looking for statistical data of diff. airplane type for:
Vertical Tail Volume Coefficient - V(v)
Horizontal Tail Volume Coefficient - V(h)

Any info welcome

You might check out this site:

which deals with transport airplanes; however they should be valid for general aviation aircraft as well.
FAR part 23 sec A23.1 deals with airworthiness of general aviation and utility aircraft, and puts the horizontal tail volume coefficient not less than 0.34
