Shame you feel you have to charge $46 shipping for 8 cells.

You must have chosen UPS or something. Our cart does not allow for the option of lower cost USPS shipping. If your truly interested, e-mail us you requirments and complete address and we can quote International shipping.

thanks ;)

Our cart does not allow for the option of lower cost USPS shipping. If you got your cart changed, I think a lot more people over here would buy from you. I have given up at the shipping stage on several occasions.

Me too. The batteries are a good price but UK shipping is outrageous. Other suppliers including CheapBarreryPacks and Eflightpacks charge $5 to $15.

Brad, I think I have emailed Battlepacks in the past querying the high UK shipping, but I didn't get a reduction then. I also placed an Electric Squadron order once and got a curt note back stating that I had broken their order policies by placing an foreign order without asking first! As though it was my fault that I was to be discriminated against.

same here
USPS is much cheaper,...everybody else manages to send packs to europe for under 10$ and it comes within 10 days max. Most of us don't need it to have in insured, so pls provide the ability thru your cart (w/o to send you the specific email) if you want to get more customers...

The best that our cart offers is USPS International Parcel Post Airmail (4 - 10 days)
We do not have any other options. I have turned this on, it's still exspensive, offers no insurance.

thanks

Steve has not completed the study yet. Steve says that there may be some improvment but cycle life studies are not complete. We would not want to send out hundreds of cells only to find out they last 20 cycles and go kaput.

thanks for the question

Shipping packages from the US to Europe USPS Airmail Parcel Post have been the cheapest option for me. They arrive in a timely fashion aswell.
A 15lbs package was approx. $50, 2lbs around $20 which is as cheap as I could get.

Neil.

At the time we were shipping international. The policy about "asking first" was all over our site and was there so we could calculate the correct postage for international locations, and do the order manually. Here is the link to the thread that was started by Neil badmouthing us. Thread (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=137745&highlight=electricsquadron) . This was the deciding factor about international shipping for us.

We try to please everyone, and provide the best services we can. Using the words "discriminated against" is very off base and offending.
