My first post here, folks, so bear with this budding glider flyer. I have what my wife thinks is a nasty tendency to buy old kits. I keep telling her you can never have too many kits and she can always sell them to pay for my funeral....
Anyhow, I've come across a Dodgeson (I think that's spelled write) Pixy 2 meter glider kit in pretty good shape. Wood fiberglass fuse that is partially built and a untouched undercambered sheeted foam wing and tail.
Has anyone built and flown this kit? I need your wisdom!!!!!!!!
Thanks!
Ken

Ken,

If the price is right snatch it up. I built a couple of them in early 90's. Would not be considered competitive to todays technology but in their day the Pixy had a following. The fuselage construction slowed most people. The E214 will float nice and move out with some with the reflex. Build it per Bob's instructions and you will have a very nice airframe.

It's Dodgson...and his wacky Taco fuselages!
