Has anyone dealt with these clowns in Hong Kong.

I tried so many times to make an order. Only got half answers if any at all.

Sound real dodgy!! but good prices!!

Any coments>?

A great price is no good if the customer service is lacking.

Sometimes it is beter to pay a higher price and get the excellent service that comes with it.

Crakajack, you'd better believe Peter. I've never heard a bad word spoken about Climate and they're a company that puts an awful lot of effort into our hobby. Initial cost may be higher, but if you ever want any help or tips spare bits and pieces they'll help.
I'd hate to think what their prices would be if they included their true costs of R&D and customer service.
