anyone know the manufactures website, I bought 2 and they say 14 oz torque right on the servo, hs-55 are 18oz also 1 failed on the first flight, guess you get what you pay for.

Hmmm...I havent heard of that servo...at 14 oz in. Can you return it from where you purchased it?

Which one failed..the bluebird? There are no markings on a BB servo. They have a good reputation for reliability as well. Maybe you received a doa...it does happen from time to time as it IS a mechanical part. Give em another try :D

They have markings right on top, just like the one on there web site. I had to use a magnifying glass to read it all, but it says this

That does not look like my 371's I bought from Vammy this past month. Maybe yours is older. I have 6 371's in various planes. I love mine. I just bought 3 more from Vammy this month... Good luck.

I bought some from Vammy as well and have not had any problems and they do not look like the other pic in the thread. The packaging says :
Weight - 8g/.28 oz
Torque - 4.8v 1.5 kg-cm / 21 oz-in
Speed - 4.8v / .12 sec 60 degree
Size - 24x11x24 mm
.96x.43x.96 in

They are smooth and have equal if not more(as stated) as the Hi-Tec's.

My 2 cent's worth. I would not have a problem buying more either!
