I tried asking this in the "Building" topic but no one knew...
I just built a vacuum forming setup. Now I'm looking for a source of supply for styrene sheets - maybe 10" x 12" or larger. Hopefully they would be willing to sell in small quantities.
All this is for making cowlings, wheel pans, nose cones, Groucho Marx moustaches, etc, etc.
A Google search turned up two sources, but neither replies to email questions regarding pricing.

http://www.cncfoamfactory.com sells raw foam, and they won't ignore your emails.

Try :http://www.depronusa.com/ for 2 or 3 mm styrene by the sheet, or if the parts are small, http://www.foamfly.com/customer/home.php has rolls of 1 mm sheet they will sell by the foot.

I think he means PS, not EPS. That is, polystyrene (like plastic kits are made of), not expanded polystyrene (foam).
Sorry I can't help with a definite lead, but there are lots of plastics supply houses out there.

I know somebody around here that does a LOT of vac forming. I'll ask him where he gets his stuff next time I see him. If you don't need a large amount, try your hobby shop. Mine stocks several different thicknesses, I forgot the name of the company who makes it. Only problem is that the sheets are small and expensive

Goto any local plastics supplierand they should have what you want. If you are vacuum forming clear sheet I would suggest you use PET-G instead of Styrene. It is tougher. Same stuff they use for blow molded clear plastic bottles. I make a few vacuum formed canopies for various sailplanes and .020 works great.

Tap Plastics (http://www.tapplastics.com/) may have what you're looking for, although possibly not in the small quantities you're after.
As stated above, check any local plastic supply houses - look in the phone book.

Try curbell plastics. They have locations all over the country. Be prepared for a $50 minimum. Basically the sheets come in 4'x8'. If you go in person, they may have free scraps.
