Simple Ph 10 question

Sorry if this is asked a lot, but what does a steady flashing LED whenever power is connected signify on the ph 10 esc? Thanks.

Plugged into a motor? if so, that's usually where it has been powered up, but is not armed yet due to a low throttle signal not seen.

..indicating a receiver problem, then?

no, not necessarily - maybe ther throttle endpoint for the low side isn't low enough (away from zero), the trim is up, an old radio that's drifted slightly, or even a bad crystal.
