Have just bought Rush Evo and had clutch bellhousing explode - literally!
How reliable are these cars?
Have heard a few nightmares about drivetrain probs.
Any thoughts?

The clutchbell problem sounds like an anomaly to me; I don't think HPI
builds junk or anything.

I'd give them a chance to replace the parts for you:

Cant speak for their nitro but ive had the Sprint, Pro2 and Pro4 and they
have been fantastic.

I considered the mt2 and the savage before i bought a t-maxx but it wasnt
the hpi name that put me off.
