Hi.

I have the draganfly IV helicopter, which uses
11.1 V Li-Po batteries, with the connector
shown in this photo:
http://www.cooper.edu/~wolf/connector.jpg

Does anyone recognize the conector?
I've found a much cheaper source
for the batteries, but I need to get my
hands on several of the connectors,
since I have to mate the batteries
to the connector on the motherboard.

The vertical dimension (height) of the
connector is about 7/8 of an inch.

Thanks!

William

I've seen similar but probably not the same.
I'd suggest getting a more readily available
type of plug and splicing this connector to
it, then you can get all the battery side plugs
you want. -Wm

I have come across these connectors before, usually on the batteries in Emergency Light fittings.
I agree with William, change to readily available connectors, preferably the 4mm "Gold" plated type, once these are fitted, you can forget about them, I traced a minor radio glitch to a "dodgy" Tamia type connector so have thrown all them out and gone to the 4mm's.
