Vario Alouette 11 60 Size

Hi All,

I am just about to buy a 60 sized VARIO ALOUETTE 11 from a heli flyer with 20 years of flying to his name. :)

I am very happy that the machine is in very good condition all over, but would like to know if this 60 sized Vario is a good helicopter as an over all machine, or does the VARIO ALOUETTE 11 60 have some problems that I should know about?

Also can I get a three bladed head for it? It already has a three bladed tail.

Century makes 3 bladed setups as well as Hirobo.

Can't help you on the quality of the heli though from experiance. But Vario makes little that is cruddy.

I have been advised not to buy the 3 bladed head, as it makes the heli fly a little odd/different from a 2 blade. I have done the deal with the owner of the bird, I will let you know how I get on with it.

Everything is in the setup no matter what head you have. We all understand 2 blade heads and can help with the setups. Many multi rotor heads are out there though and work well.

I have no multi rotor heads yet, but looking at my first.
