I am going to build a sport racer but a fast one with great looks and room for lithium packs and would like to do it all comosite. I have no problem building the fiberglass fuse but never did composite wings. If I can't figure it out perhaps I will just do vacume bagged foam wings, I would really like to do a full one piece composite wing though so I can get the nice curved wing tips.

Corey -

You'll find answers in the sticky (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=229462) at the top of this forum. You can definitely make hollow molded wings, but they are a lot of work. Sheeted foram wings with carved balsa tips would be a lot easier and less expensive.

Happy reading!
