I am building the Dumas Chris Craft Cobra and which has been going
well until I got to making the bull nose shaped bow. I cut the 3/4 "
thick block diagonally and then glued the pieces into a triangle. I
don't understand the instructions to remove the top part of the
triangle before I glue it to the bow. What dimensions should the
triangle be before I glue it on? Also how do I position the triangle
on the front of the bow?( how do I line it up).
I have the Dumas boat finishing video. The person in the video states
that many modelers have trouble with the Cobra's bull nose bow but
gives no help in solving the problem. With the poor instructions and
the few photos provided with the kit I can understand why.
Any help will be appreciated.
