Having a bit of a problem with the occasional right turn- can anyone help?

When I do figure 8's-- I take off with the heli pointing away from me, turn
90° to the left and climbout. During the first turn, to the right, the
problem occurs sometimes- as if the tail is hunting- sometimes quite
violently. As I continue the figure 8, I overfly the starting point and
make a left turn without any difficulties.
When I do a proper right hand circuit, that is 4 right turns- I can
experience the problem several times.

I find that when I am flying very fast and turn the heli by banking and
using elevator the problem is not apparent, nor is it apparent when I fly
very slowly and turn using rudder only.

I had the gain originally at 70%, and have tried resetting it to 60%, but
the problem is still there. I only fly using ACVS (Headling lock) mode.

Below are my gyro settings- I'd appreciate if you could scan through them
and let me know if there is anything obvious that I should change.

Hi, Gordon, what is your tailgear ratio an your length and make of
tailblades?

Also what is your head speed? When you make a right turn with the rudder it
will rob some of the speed from the head, therefore making your head speed
lower and your gain to high for that speed. The right turn will rob more
speed because the body of the heli is trying to turn left because of the
right-hand rotation of the blades.
