Canada Goose...
Thanks for the pointer to your Website... Very nice site and I am really enjoying your FMS Gee Bi... Very nicely done and a blast to fly !!! Looking forward to trying more of your FMS craft...
I downloaded the program you mention that you used in making these aircraft and as soon as I figure out how to work it, hope to do a few of my own... Do you start from a 3-view plan ???

Thanks DrElectron, I've just put up a single cyl 4 cycle engine that can be downloaded and opened up in Metasequoia. Can be inserted in a file of a plane you make , also put up a pic of the nine cyl. radial i made by using the cyl. and pushrods of the single. You need to copy and paste alot, then rotate the parts to the disired degrees on each one.
I didn't use any 3 views for my planes that i've made, all of them are my own design. Lots of tinkering with vertices and 3D faces, etc went into them.
I hope to make an RC model of most of them. I guess i have my work cut out for me anyways.
If you do a search on the web you might be able to find some tutorials to get you started. This one doesn't take long to learn. You can reuse parts that you've made for one to use on another, and even reshape them to make something new. I was going to put some parts that people can download on my website to help newbies.
