How much right/down thrust?

I'm building a new adjustable motor mount for a GWS EPS motor and I'd like to know how much right and down thrust I should start with. Its going to be mounted in a GWS Beaver with the stock motor.

Does anyone know the proper angles? Will they change if I use a larger motor in the future? Is there a rule-of-thumb?

ROT is 3 degrees of each. Seems to be more or less OK for MOST models.
