I designed Jackplate with Surfcam Cad/Cam system and a Haas VF2 CNC machining center. It is machined from billet, no angle or channel here. I designed a micrometer type adjustment for height that keeps the engine in place and perfectly vertical for fast, easy adjustments. It also provides 7 degrees positive and negative trim. This jackplate also acts as a “servo saver” by giving the engine a solid mechanical stop. All hardware is 18-8 stainless steel and the 6061-T6 aluminum has been anodized blue and gold for corrosion resistance and an incredible look. This is the coolest engine mount available!

The mount is 2.480 wide and 1.500 tall at the transom. The bolt pattern is the same as a K&B ! I have the weight down to 5oz and that includes 1.5oz for the engine mount that you replace on your lower end so you can count 3.5oz for the mount. There are several assembly options that give about 1" of travel. The Jack screw is 1/4-20 and gives exactly .050 per revolution adjustment. So you can make controlled precise adjustments very easily.

$60.00 and actual UPS charges.
