Any plans on selling these without the neck strap... and do you sell just the neck strap?

The neck strap looks very nice, and would be the choice when I used the neck strap.

However, when using a tray I like to use shoulder straps to take the weight off my neck.

also, does the top clip fit the thicker radios (ie: the flash 5x)?
