Scale electrics in Portland Oregon area?

I'll be in Portland, Oregon for a few days in early July. Are there any
electric scale boaters in the area, where do they run and when? Also any good
hobby shops?

As far as shops, boats tend to be a bit scarce, but Tammies Hobbies and RC
Modeler NW in Beaverton are good. I used to frequent them before relocating
to the midwest last fall.
