Decided to go back to work on my Delfin again. Turned it on a wood lathe at work and layed up an epoxy part. Will use a custom 3.5" WTC. The original boat was planned to have a torpedo slung underneath the boat and I am trying to make that work also. I think it will be possible to have the torpedo on a 2 channel radio so I can steer it back to shore after an attack. (The pic below is of someones tiny rc model for reference)The torpedo is 2" od so there is plenty of room for a speed 400 setup. The model is going to be a dynamic diver and will use a belt drive pittman and emergency weight drop. . More to come.
