Doesn't everyone?

People play golf or go to dinner to schmooze with potential customers all the time and write them off as an advertising/entertainment expense.

Just last week, a fellow club member and I worked out a deal (at the flying field) between our two businesses, all clearly documented, that results in over $40K of business between us.

Is there any difference between the two?... or am I going to jail? ;)
