if you can find a wall wart type tranformer that will do 10v at 60Mah you can trickel charge the packs by hookit it directly to the battery.

Thanks Dax. I have a variable transformer but is 3.4.5, 6, 7.5, 9, 12V 300 mA. Your reply do to have another question, is secure to use this?, i mean not overheating, damage risk?
