I have been asking for moths which plane would be an exelent scale plane for 3D and Presision manuvers. I would like it to be about 30% more or less will be fine.
thanks

There are plenty of 30-33% scale aerobats available, Giles 202, Cap, Extra's, just to name a few. I'm afraid your question may be a little vague. What's your definition of excellent?

The ability to do any manuver available hove, harier, blender, elevator, 4-8 point rolls.Just about every 3D and precision out there. I know the plane does not make the pilot the pilot makes the plane but I want to be the pilot that throughs that plane in to any manuver emaginable.
Thanks

I have not flown 3D myself and don't have an aircraft remotely capable of it, but I have seen all of those aircraft put through their paces, so I know they are able to 3D. The way the aircraft is set up for throws and the engines power are all factors in the ability to perform those manuevers. There isn't any "one" aircraft that's any better than the others, it's all a matter of personal preference.

I have always been fascinated with the XV-15 Tilt Rotor, by Bell Helicopter Textron. You can find a link, here:http://www.dfrc.nasa.gov/Gallery/Photo/XV-15/

It was the prototype for the V-22 Osprey, and if you want great manuverablity, hover effect, etc., you could either try and get plans to build one, or even perhaps design your own version, making it more sleeker and aerodynamic to suit your needs.

Good Luck!
