DIY FMS to USB interface?

I have been searching here and also at RC Universe for do-it-yourself PWM to USB interface, such as for FSM. I have found tons of commercial links to buy from but has anyone come across a freeware version of such a critter????

I found a page not too long ago but now I can't remember it anymore. It was in German, the guy had implemented it on PIC controller. It was all there, the schematic, assembly listing as well as the hex.

Do any of you guys have any information? Anybody seen something like it?

Thanks! But isn't the circuit you posted FMS to serial port interface, not FMS to USB interface??????? I was thinking maybe someone remembers seeing the USB version somewhere....
