I am about to buy a flight sim. I need the honest poop. Would someone purchase Real Flight or Reflex. I want to practice hovering and 3D type flight. The only thing I can say is the Reflex site is hard to understand because of the language barrier but, XTR does look cool. I would like to just purchase XTR from a local distributor but, I have had a hard time figuring out when that will be so I am leaning towards Real Flight. Thanks for any info you can give.

IMHO, RealFlight feels more like a game than a simulator, but at the end of the day, it's up to you on what features you are looking for and which sim you buy.
Here are the things I prefer about Reflex:
1. Physics is much more realistic
2. Free models to download from Reflex and elsewhere
3. XTR looks great
4. Support and upgrade policy from Reflex is the best. Can't imagine Great Planes giving away free upgrades to RealFlight G3 when it is finally released.
You can buy Reflex at Tower Hobbies (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEPH6&P=7).
