Weak Sail Servo

Had a servo in a sailboat that worked fine and go it is weak. Over the years it was strong with a large sail arm. Now it is functioning but it has little power. Battery good and strong.
Any ideas were to look.

Check for corrosion in the connectors. They may creating too much resistance. Otherwise take it apart and clean the gears and bearings. Check the bearings to see how worn out they are.
