Hey guys, I was in Austin Today, and I will return Thursday and Saturday. Weather wasnt so great today, but if it is gonna shape up I would love to pack my Enigma and go fly w/ some 1. Ill be flying into Austin Burg airport to a general aviation terminal (Tragen) They have a crew car but i can only use it for 2 hours. So I could probably come out for an hour or so depending on where a flying field is. I have an Enigma DLG and would love to fly it w/ some people. Anyhow let me know if there is any flying going on and where, it gets REal boring sitting at an F.B.O for Hours and Hours.

Sincerly,
Austin

Austin,

I live up in Round Rock and just joined the Georgetown Aero Modelers Association. As close as I know of to Bergstrom is the ARCA field over by Decker Lake.

Here's a link to their website:

http://www.austinrc.org/

Their home page says out of town guest fly for free, so this may be your ticket.

It's not a long drive from Bergstrom.

Maps are there on the ARCA website.

Cheers!!!

Hey Austin,

Surf over to www.austinsilentflyers.org. Check the forum (Who Where and When?) for when flyers will be out. There is a map and directions to the flying site in Pflugerville (North Austin). There is also current flight conditions posted on the main page.
