Winch Line Retrieve Help Please

Hi all,

I'm going to attempt to build a Line Retrieval Unit to use in conjunction with my electric winch, but could do with some help, in the construction.
Does anyone know of where I could find a diagram or instructions as to the construction and materials involved.
I have downloaded some pictures from the net of clubs that use these retrieval systems, however the pictures do not show clearly what goes where and whats conected to what.
