Tmaxx engine wanted

I have the original 1.5 tmaxx, It's running ok but I feel as if its on its
last leg. Where can I get a new motor for it. I would like to upgrade to the
2.5 but am unsure of what's involved with the swap. Any tip or idea's for
me? Where's the best place to get a new engine?

Engine swap at Traxxas: $100 + $5 shipping
or
Engine swap at participating LHS: $100

Adapter kit (header, exhaust, throttle setup, etc) #4900, $50 retail
EZ start for 2.5 (if desired), $50 retail
