I have a Bolink Legend and also this happened with another Bolink as well.
I am driving them on the road and as soon as I give it any type of throttle
the car just wants to do donuts. I cannot go full speed in a straight line
and I dont know why.
Is it because I am running it with foam tires?
Any help would be appreciated

First adjust your diff. It you hold the gear with one hand and turn one
tire with the other, the other tire should turn the opposite direction
without binding or feeling gritty. Once you nail that down, then work on
your steering.

You might also want to make sure both front wheels spin very freely.
If they have resistance, that will contribute to your problem.

May not be related, but I had a model that would do that. Turned out
I had the two shocks on the rear set up differently.

I agree with this one.. I had the same problem and it turned out that
my shocks on the left and right were different lengths. I didn't think
it was possible, but ever 1mm will make a difference in the way the
car handles.

If you're having problems going straight, then I would see if something is
dragging in the diff or the front wheels.
