TD Contest Formats

I was thinking of putting contest formats online to help potential CD's choose a format AND to help beginner pilots learn the ropes before they get to the field.
Please do not discuss which is better, e.g. flying vs. landing contests - I just want a comprehensive list. (For this vs. that see here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=151300&highlight=contest+rules )

Emersunn,
CASL is an AMA Chartered Club. Doesn't CASL run AMA Sanctioned contests that require AMA qualified Contest Directors who have a working knowledge of the AMA Competition Regulations?
