I've read that extending the tip plate on the ZAGI™ below the lower wing surface helps eliminate the head-shaking the plane has.
I cut up some plastic sheet to fit and glued them on my 400X..
Luckily, the first launch failed, and one of the added tips was broken off.
Flang it anyway, and noticed something Dr. Eppler demonstrated.. With a down-turned winglet, the plane will turn towards that side.
With the single winglet, that it did.
Glued the broken on back on later that same evening, maybe toss it again tommorrow.
I've done the same to my 3C.. when the wind comes back to a decent direction....
