I am using winxp home with a PP interface for JR. I get the errors "Unable to verify IRQ setting for LPT1. Please make sure an IRQ is assigned." and after it loads i get "UNABLE TO LOAD DEVICE: CODE 10". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

control panel...system....hardware......lpt1

Right Click and select properties. Go to port settings and click on use any interrupt assigned to port or Go to resources and assign an IRQ.
Can't remember which, it's been awhile, but I believe the "assign" step is the correct one.

Something similar to that. I had to do it with FMS and cable and ppjoy for XP.

Good luck!

If you have a printer on LPT1 you may have a problem with this.

Yes I have a printer, and have tried everything including changing the BIOS. Should I disable the printer? HOW? Thanks

Mine works just fine with the same setup, but i use the 9 pin serial on COM 1 not an LPT port. Make sure the COM port is enabled in the system bios.

BTW if you have a JR cable and you have a Futaba or Hitec or even a MPX PM me for an adaptor to your TX.
