Dan. I bought one for my son, and have been pleased overall. It's fairly quick especially with an ESC and larger tires.
It is a very good climber, but I am a little disappointed in several things including the strength os teh small axles. I have replaced about 4 of them so far.
If I had it to do over again, I would have gotten teh Traxxis E-Maxx.

I have one and I like it, its durable as heck, as I jump it off everything I can find, sometimes catching as much as 10' of air and I don't break too much. I wish it had a bit more articulation, but it climbs well.
