flubber battery pack location

I'm having a little problem with pitch and roll coupling with rudder on my flubber. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to locate the cg? I was thinking about moving the battery pack forward a little but there doesn't seem to be enough space. Anyone else notice any coupling or do you just mix it out? Also, has anyone tried a little incidence in the stabilizer?
