I made this the other day outa some foam insulation from home depo, all suqare edges no sanding just table saw cut and a lil band saw action then tape the edges, 2 spars one for fuse and one for wing, 2 hard wood mounts for 0S32, 5 hs 81's, I still havnt weighed it in yet but it is light. and easy to make just tape and zipties and a lil epoxy. I only had to tighten engine mount after crash and flew it the next day, just cant dive with power or it flutters like a mutha.

here are some pics and a video.

remember I fly helis not 3d planes so this was also my first flight.

If that really was your first flight with a plane... well then I'm impressed.

I guess the fact that you were hovering on your first flight has something to do with the fact that you fly choppers... :D

If you round the leading edges of your surfaces it won't flutter so fast. Imagine a helo rotorblade with a square leading edge...

No not my first plane flight just the first flight on this plane

and rounding the edges would take away from the throwaway ability of this model

so far it has made it thru 2 weekends and now im making a super small wing to put the .32 in

and im going to retire it to a sloper and let the guys use it for target practice at the slope
