I have a Flash 5X and have some questions.

Right now all I have is flying wings so I am using the elevon mixing.

First when I set the end point on the elevator servo it only changes one servo. With elevon mixing "on" I figured it would change both?

Second is there any way to switch the dual rate but leave the exponential on?

The reason I ask is that I want to always have the exponential on but would like to be able to change the dual rate during the fllight to allow for "mild" and "wild" settings. Plus it is recomendedthat the elevator be set at 50% of the aileron.

I tried using the end point adjustment to set the elevator to 50% of the aileron but as I posted above it only moves one servo.

I guess I would just need to have my "wild" setting be no exponential and the elevator and aileron would be equal. Then the "mild" setting would be with exponential and elevator would be 50% of the aileron.

I have had two flash 5s, until 6 moinths ago when I got An Eclipse 7. I do not think that there is any way to switch between dual rates and exponential rates. This is one of the reasons that I got the Eclipse. In the Flash 5 when exp is on then dual rates is on too. You might be able to set it up such that your dual rate-mild settings are with expo off and the dual rate-wild settings are with expo on. But I am not sure if it can be set up that way. I know that you can not keep expo on and switch between your dual rates, because it is the same switch that controls exp and dual rates.

As far as the end point adjustment I remember having the same problem over a year ago. As I remember when you are adjusting the endpoint you need to move the control stick to the opposite side to adjust the end point of the other elevon.
