My buddy (he's smarter than me) ran across an article in AMI regarding a "different" type of construction, namely ProJed, a derivation of profile and jedelsky. Boddington (?) offered up a P51 (hohum) as an example, but the concept has me building.
The "profile" part has to do with a thick profile fuse, all balsa, fat enough to enclose all the radio gubbins, and a jedelsky wing. With an 09 diesel and 2 channels, it looks like a very robust and effective model. (Problem with models like that is that they just keep flying whether you like it or not!). I am going to try this.
Has anyone else given this a try, and, if so, what were the results?
