As some people know, binary archives of these two newsgroups
(alt.binaries.pictures.powersports, alt.binaries.radio-control) have
been available at:
http://ripperd2.dhs.org/rmrl
http://ripperd2.dhs.org/alt.binaries.radio-control
(for the radio-control)
http://ripperd2.dhs.org/abpp
(for the powersports)
I have *finally* bought a domain name, so you may now update the urls.
Just please change "ripperd2.dhs.org" to "www.ripperd.com" in the
urls.
The old urls *should* automatically forward you for the next couple
months. But after my DHS.org subscription runs out, they will no
longer work. This will be sometime this fall.

I used godaddy.com. They work pretty good, and have domains for $7.95
a year currently. DNS is included in that price (but not hosting).
For more advanced people (like me) you can have full control of your
zone file, if you want to make aliases and MX records.
Of the 2 weeks I've been with them, i've been happy with the service.
I have also used droa.com (an e-nom reseller) for other domains, and
haven't had any trouble with them - but i've heard others' horror
stories about them, so I went with something different.
