Ok I guess I'm kinda lost. I have the latest (I think) FMS and am running 98se. I just got a game port interface for my RD6000. I have a game port on my sound card but since FMS (& my computer) doesn't recognize the game port I'm assuming I'm missing a driver.
Any ideas where I go from here?
I also got a Radio Shack game port to USB adapter but I guess I still don't know what I'm doing.
Hope someone can help. Thanks.

You need to calibrate the interface as a joystick in Windows first. It's in Control Panel called something like Game Controllers, but I can't remember the exact name in 98SE. If you have other joystick controllers connected the FMS one has to be the first on the list.
Only then do you select Joystick Interface in FMS/Controls and set the mappings up in FMS.

I dont know if you have the same Tx interface cable as I do, anyway with mine the TX has to be powered up for the game to see the controller

Well I guess it's a little deeper than that. My computer says the game port has a conflict and won't recognize the device. Guess I've got some computer work to do.
