Im useing a 16x8 master acrw prop classic on my giant scratch built, with the 25 cc motor will it be the right or balpark pitch and dia ?

I'd increase the wing area to at least 1200 sq in.
Your aspet ratio is pretty low at 2.5:1...so expect a fast roll rate and not quite as good glide ratio.
Did you use 50 inch span because of limited materials? Or can you bump that up to at least 72 inches, that would give you 1400 sq in wing. Much better flying...and lower wing loading for that little motor. You could always cut it down if needed later...

Check the site out if you have a few minutes....I think this plane builds JUST as fast as any coro plane only much lighter...which you can use since your echo is pretty small gasser.
