Brake moves in same direction as throttle? Befuddled.

I'm putting together a Technokit TKT99E 1/5th scale car. I'm using a Futaba
3PK and Multiplex digital servos. The large scale steering servo works as
expected. I also have the third servo which operates the front disk brakes
working (also moving in the wrong direction). The trottle and rear brake are
on the same servo. I have the throttle adjusted and working fine (I've
checked the wiring too) but the brake moves in the same direction as the
throttle but not as far. I've been through the manual several times. I've
checked the FAQ on the Futaba site. No solution so far.

Any advice would be appreciated.
