Scale Pilot Figure

:rolleyes: I need some help. I am getting ready to start building a Top Flite P-39. I have been looking for a 1/7 scale full figure pilot to go in the cockpit. Top Flite has quit making the ones they had. Need help. Thanks Taz

Do you mean that Top Flite have stopped producing the guy pictured below?? If so that's really sad.

Pete Richardson at Pete's Pilots over here does 1/7th scale pilots that would probably be suitable. His website is

and worth a look.

Kavan make an approximately 1/8th scale pilot that might do at a pinch, otherwise I'd be inclined to search for remaining stock of that Top Flite pilot somewhere- I only bought this one this year IIRC so there are likely still a few about even if TF have stopped making them now.

Thanks Brian, Yes that is the pilot i am looking for. My local shop tryed to order it and was told that it was discontioned. Also if you go to Top Flite's web site it isn't even listed any more.

Hi Taz,

I still have one of those TF pilots new in the bag, to bad they don't make them anymore. I would recommend Officers and Gentlemen pilot figures.

:p Dionysusbacchus, thanks for the information. I checked them out and it looks like they might have one that might work. I droped a note to Top Flite the first part of last week to find out for sure if they have discontintued the pilots. Haven't heard back from them yet.
