Merci.
Tres chouette. (sp?)

I'll have to see if my end-of-the-year bonus creates enough surplus to justify buying one. :(

Saludos,

Mario: I can't read Spanish, but it sure looks like you posted about your own "product" in another vendor's product announcement thread. Tres uncool.

Hi Mitch !
Like you say mario is angry about that some people other than him should sell thing that he was selling in the 1980's for 12 dollars.
I don't think the "Tinycopter" is worth than 12USD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If "wario" were selling his stuff 12usd, there's manyway to explaind it: He surely bought it in china , or he made work some indian in his cellar maybe!!!!
Mario don't forget that spanich is near of French and I understand it a few!"Tinycopter" necessito mas de 4 hora para su realisacion!
Tinycopter is totally hand made by myself in balsa & foam OK?!
Then I need more than four hours to do one then if you calculate
4x20€( it's under the real european work cost )=80€x1.25=100usd!!!
Then it's not reintroducing but it's a new concept of rubber powered heli

Wellllll,

I was just funnin' around when I broke into Spanish.

It was sorta my way of saying I don't understand much French,
and sorta my way of bein' a little bit Bill O'Reilly I guess. Think it worked pretty well, but I must say the tiny helicopter is pretty neat. Think I may get some for the kids - ooops, guess I'm the only kid in the family!

Besides, Alles is a German name anyway...

I thought Mario's reply was very amusing. It really shows his
initiative and drive. Seems lots of people are someetimes quick to jump on him, but I alway think of how much I've learned from his posts, and in my eyes I think we should give him as much leeway
as possible rather than the other way around. I imagine that may get a few a little steamed, but to me, these forums are all about getting better helicopter technology to market and working, it's not about following business rules. If we did that all day, we'd be the United Nations, and you know how effective they are...

Sorry 'bout getting off topic.

:) Gary,

UN not my role model, wink! :)

2C, :( I am sorry but I must be missing your logic of charging $65 when the odds are far better of people purchasing the "original" John Burkham Penny kit for $20, and reducing it like you have done and building it themselves, or purchasing for $10 what I am about to show.

I have had people from all over the world work for me at different pay scales based on their "skills" and not on ethnic background.

You must feel very special being French, I can see now your justification for the $65 , on top for a rip off product.

Just FIY. I take great pride in making all my "original" products myself but more so in my pricing structures.

Gentlemen

This thread has descended into personal remarks and has strayed far from the original topic. I am therefore closing the thread and ask that members consult the forum posting guidelines before hitting the "send" button when posting to consider how they would react if their post were directly addressed to themselves.
