Hey all, has anyone flown the Kyosho ARF Corsair. I am thinking of getting one.

Well, with all the answers to my question:D I becided to purchase a Kyosho f4U. Wow what a beautifull kit. I am slowly assembling it now. Will post pictures soon.

Hi bernoo!

I had that corsair! pity I sold it though. it was very expensive and i was always afraid to fly it. Good thing I didn't! The guy who bought it off me killed her on first flight. The rx batt got dosconnected.. no failsaif :( Real pity.

I agree with you though, its a great Kit. Assembling the tail is a pain in the A**! I am building the phoenix one now (cheaper) and am hoping to maiden her (on ski's on snow!!!) this weekend.

Mine has over 70 flights on it. It's a great flyer and very easy to land, even at 9 lbs with OS 91 pumper and CJ pneumatic retracts:

How does the Koyosho compare to the Hangar 9 size .60 Corsair?

It's easier to land, and it doesn't have the same firewall and wing problems that the Hangar 9 Corsair has.
