Where can I fly near Manchester Vermont?

Hey,
I am new to RC but I was wondering where i can fly sailplanes near Manchester, Vermont. What do I need (geography, weather, etc) in order to have thermals and stuff. Any info is appriciated.

Im not real sure where Manchester VT is but in Brattleboro there is a group that flies. Bob Rondeau is one of the members. He is one of the main comtacts. He is a very nice gentleman. We drive around in the summer to the local contests and WRAMS show.
